You are meant for greater.

The BW Factor is an exclusive membership community helping Black and Brown mid-level corporate women succeed *all the way up* to the C-Suite, while helping to navigate all of the things that come with our identity in the workplace.

I'm ready to be involved as a member, ally or mentor

Important news from the founder

Our entire globe is mourning for the loss of Black lives at the hands of police brutality. Though many business leaders have stepped up to share that they don't support this systemic hatred and racism that has oppressively impacted Black people, many have chosen to remain silent.

The future of our world depends on this critical moment: it will take an overhaul of minds, prejudices and unconscious bias to graduate from this dark time and progress in all facets of life - to move to a place where inclusive workplaces and spaces exist to uplift Black women when they need them the most, filled with allies who are capable of supporting and advocating for them - not because they feel bad, but because they know it's the right thing to do.

As such, we have radically shifted our thinking around how to best support Black women during this time and have decided it's mandatory that we educate and empower willing allies and organizational leaders who also ache with us and want to change, in conjunction with our usual support for the women of The BW Factor community.

Our curriculum and content has shifted to educate Black and Brown women AND their allies simultaneously on what allyship means in the workplace, how white people can support women of color in the workplace and how to dismantle the oppressive, covert actions of white supremacy that show up in the workplace as microagressions and bias and discourage Black and Brown women from senior leadership.

Join our community to learn more about how you can enroll in the small group trainings happening through 2020 and be a part of the change that we all need to see in this world.

To your success,

Erica Smith
